Con il pugno sinistro alzato dal balcone della ragioneria: manifestanti occupano Palazzo San Giacomo

Intorno alle 8.00 di questa mattina una ventina di manifestanti ha irrotto a Palazzo San Giacomo, sede del Comune di Napoli, e ha occupato ragioneria e assessorato al Bilancio. Secondo alcune testimonianze, i manifestanti (tra cui madri con bambini al seguito) sarebbero entrati dall’ingresso laterale dell’edificio.

La manifestazione dimostrativa cade nel giorno del Consiglio Comunale che aveva come oggetto proprio il patrimonio. Gli occupanti hanno chiesto di poter incontrare il sindaco Luigi de Magistris e l’assessore competente in materia Enrico Panini.

I manifestanti, riconducibili al movimento per il diritto alla casa “Magnammece ‘o pesone”, hanno esposto uno striscione che recita “I bambini non possono aspettare – senza tetto non si può stare”.

In un volantino diffuso sotto la sede comunale da alcuni attivisti, ci si oppone allo sgombero della struttura occupata di Piazza Miraglia.

Promesse mancate, in sintesi, quelle che rivendicano i comitati, tanto da parte dell’amministrazione cittadina quanto della Curia di Napoli, proprietaria dell’edificio di piazza Miraglia.

“Siamo sotto sgombero – si legge nel volantino – perché viviamo in un’area della città attraversata da una fortissima speculazione immobiliare”. Il riferimento è alla “turistificazione” del centro storico cittadino.

Nella foto scattata stamattina alle 9.00 circa un folto gruppo di manifestanti si affaccia dal balcone centrale del primo piano di Palazzo San Giacomo (attinente alle stanze occupate) e alza il braccio sinistro.

L’attacco al Mattino

Tra striscioni, manifesti e volantini esposti sotto Palazzo San Giacomo ne compare anche uno che fa riferimento al Mattino, supponendo che l’autorevole testata “sostenga Raffaele Iovine, proprietario dell’Hotel Neapolis e plurinquisito per i danni al sistema sanitario“.
