Questa la dura accusa di Gennaro Tammaro e Alessio Salvato, delegati EFI (Eccellenza Funeraria Italiana, sindacato di categoria delle agenzie funebri) per Napoli, che replicano così agli articoli di stampa in cui l’assessore Enrico Panini, con delega ai Cimiteri, parla di “una vera e propria battaglia contro ogni forma di abusivismo ed evasione in città” ed i cui risultati “sono estremamente positivi”.
“Abbiamo una collezione di PEC indirizzate a Comune e Napoli Servizi – spiegano i due impresari – che farebbe invidia ai collezionisti di carteggi d’epoca. Il nostro primo comunicato stampa in tema è del gennaio del 2016, mentre la mancata installazione delle apposite paline e degli appositi totem previsti con delibera di Giunta del 2014 (!!) la abbiamo segnalata per la prima volta dopo appena due anni di attesa (nel 2016). Per sintetizzarla: mentre gli impresari funebri attendevano gli spazi destinati all’allocazione dei manifesti, il Comune ha continuato a fare cassa ma senza fornire ulteriori indicazioni su come, dove e quando allocare gli annunci mortuari in questione”.
“Siamo arrivati all’anno 2019 – continuano Tammaro e Salvato – e gli spazi destinati dal Comune alle affissioni sono praticamente inesistenti, assolutamente insufficienti e nemmeno diffusi su tutto il territorio cittadino. Nei mesi le richieste di incontri, chiarimenti, sollecitazioni nostre e degli impresari funebri del territorio non sono mancate. Sono arrivate sicuramente a Napoli Servizi, sulla scrivania dell’assessore Borriello, dell’ex-assessore Sardu, ora dovrebbero essere sul tavolo del vicesindaco. Basterebbe, in ogni caso, aprire la posta elettronica”.
I SOLDI RISCOSSI? “NON ARRIVANO AL COMUNE”
Un’altra importante nota che Tammaro e Salvato rilevano è che “in tantissimi casi per queste contravvenzioni si arriva a giudizio. E in tantissimi casi – spiegano Tammaro e Salvato – il Giudice di Pace ha annullato le contravvenzioni in questione”.
Il solo Tammaro conferma che da solo ha già “sette o otto annullamenti” alle spalle.
“IL COMUNE FA CASSA E SPOT, MA POI SOSPENDE I SERVIZI PER UN MESE E PER L’AUMENTO DELLE TARIFFE SIAMO AL TAR”
“Capiamo anche che, con tutti i problemi di cassa che si sono susseguiti negli anni, sia prioritario per questa Amministrazione recuperare quanto più denaro possibile, e ci fa piacere vedere questa solerzia nei controlli. Ma, oltre ad attendere ancora impazienti di sapere da assessorato e Napoli Servizi dove dobbiamo affiggere i cartelli funebri e dove pagare il dovuto, ci piacerebbe ritrovare tale solerzia anche su tutte le altre questioni che abbiamo sollevato negli scorsi mesi (e che sono sempre in posta dell’assessore). Parliamo ad esempio del fatto che per tutto il mese di agosto non sarà possibile fare ingressi di ceneri nei cimiteri perché il personale deve andare in ferie. E stiamo lavorando per evitare ciò. E in tutto questo per risolvere i nostri precedenti scambi di punti di vista sull’aumento delle tariffe ora stiamo attendendo la risposta del TAR”.
Questo l’ultimo affondo dei delegati EFI che chiedono “risposte. Per noi e per i parenti dei defunti che se non si dirama questo vergognoso teatrino a breve non potranno più affiggere l’annuncio dell’ultimo saluto del proprio caro”.
