L’Autunno Musicale 2018 della Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti, che ha regalato pagine indimenticabili ai musicofili napoletani (e non), si chiude con un ultimo appuntamento di indiscusso prestigio che vedrà come protagonista assoluto Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Mercoledì 19 dicembre alle ore 20.30, nella Sala Scarlatti del Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella, il programma sinfonico propone due tra i più luminosi capolavori di Mozart: la Sinfonia n. 29 in la maggiore K 201 e la celebre Sinfonia concertante per violino, viola e orchestra K 364, una delle pagine più belle e amate di tutto il repertorio classico.

Ad arricchire un programma mozartiano già così pieno di suggestioni sarà la presenza, accanto alla Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti, di due eccellenti solisti di origine napoletana, il violinista David Romano e il violista Raffaele Mallozzi – entrambi attualmente prime parti della prestigiosa Orchestra dell’Accademia di Santa Cecilia di Roma.

L’appuntamento chiude un ciclo iniziato il 25 ottobre con il concerto che ha visto la direzione di Beatrice Venezi. Ma le attività della Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti non si fermano. Dopo il concerto, infatti, si entrerà nel vivo della preparazione dell’ormai consueto appuntamento di Capodanno, con il classico Concerto del 1 gennaio al Teatro Mediterraneo.
