A Ercolano un seminario sulle norme di organizzazione del lavoro delle donne

Nell’ambito del progetto “Strategie per la conciliazione vita-lavoro” gestito dall’associazione Le Kassandre in partenariato con BIG BANG Production e con il Comune di Ercolano-ambito n. 29 vengono promossi una serie di seminari diretti a datori di lavoro e i dipendenti sulle normative di organizzazione del lavoro che riguardano la posizione della donna che si svolgeranno nelle aziende. Il primo si terrà giovedì 3 ottobre nell’ ECOHOSTEL di Ercolano dalle 11 alle 13 con la partecipazione dei referenti aziendali e dei lavoratori / lavoratrici. Il seminario sarà tenuto dall’ Avvocato Paolo De Rosa, esperto in diritto societario e commerciale e dalla dott.ssa Laura Ruocco operatrice del concilia Point. 

“Strategie per la conciliazione vita-lavoro” è un progetto gestito dall’associazione Le Kassandre in partenariato con BIG BANG Production e con il Comune di Ercolano-ambito n. 29 in seguito alla vittoria del bando “ACCORDI TERRITORIALI DI GENERE” OBIETTIVI SPECIFICI 3 (R.A. 8.2) E 9 (R.A. 9.3) DEL P.O.R. CAMPANIA FSE 2014-2020 APPROVATO CON D.D. N. 67 DEL 2016. mira allo sviluppo di misure ed attività che consentano di promuovere una cultura di conciliazione sensibilizzando le aziende sul territorio a migliorare il benessere dei propri lavoratori e conseguentemente la loro performance lavorativa attraverso anche la conoscenza e l’approfondimento di tematiche sui diritti dei lavoratori. Il piano che si dipanerà fino a giugno 2020 mira allo sviluppo di misure e attività che consentano alle donne del Comune di Ercolano di conciliare meglio i loro obblighi professionali e familiari.

A disposizione delle donne di Ercolano sono aperti i Concilia point, punti informativi gestiti da professionisti dell’associazione Le Kassandre, competenti nell’approccio di genere alla tematica del lavoro, che offrono servizi di orientamento lavorativo, bilancio delle competenze, riscrittura del C.V., consulenze specifiche su normative e supporto a situazioni di disagio.

Gli sportelli sono attivi il lunedì dalle 15.00 alle 18.00 presso La Locanda di Emmaus Onlus in C.so Resina, 319 ad Ercolano e martedì e venerdì dalle 10.00 alle 13.00 nell’Asilo nido Seme di Pace in via Patacca, 96 ad Ercolano.

Spiega l’avvocato Paolo De Rosa:

“Le piccole imprese a gestione familiare e medie imprese sia per un problema culturale che economico sono dedite alle problematiche pratiche e a far fronte alla pressione fiscale più che attente a tutelare i diritti dei dipendenti. Talvolta passano anni senza che tengano conto di una serie di iniziative che possono tornare a vantaggio della stessa azienda come detrazioni fiscali e agevolazioni che riguardano le dipendenti donne e non solo. L’idea che attenersi alle norme sia svantaggioso è frutto di un retaggio storico e culturale che al sud si è tradotto invece in una mancata crescita del tessuto imprenditoriale”.

Talvolta i datori di lavoro non sono in malafede, ma semplicemente non conoscono le norme.

“Le leggi sul diritto del lavoro sono farraginose, ed è difficile estrapolare dei messaggi chiari, per questo cercherò di dare un’informazione più semplice possibile ai datori di lavoro sui vantaggi dell’assunzione e la stabilizzazione delle donne in termini di sgravi fiscali e di incentivi per il miglioramento delle condizioni di sicurezza sul lavoro. E a tutela delle donne lavoratrici spiegherò i diritti che sottendono al contratto che hanno in corso nonché i diritti specifici per chi ha famiglia, figli o è in gravidanza.

Purtroppo al sud, dove le opportunità di lavoro sono limitate, i lavoratori tendono a sopportare situazioni sgradevoli. In questo contesto le donne risultano ancora più discriminate. Generalmente a parità di titoli, competenze e mansioni le donne hanno uno stipendio inferiore. Per mascherare questa disparità si tende ad inquadrare le donne in un ruolo inferiore al loro valore lavorativo.

Io ho accolto con piacere la proposta di informare sui diritti delle lavoratrici e sulla conciliazione dei tempi di vita e di lavoro perché credo sia importante contribuire in quanto uomo oltre che professionista alla sensibilizzazione contro la disparità.

Gli uomini devono interrogarsi sul ruolo che giocano nella creazione di divario tra uomo e donna nel quotidiano, a partire da un uso scorretto del linguaggio dell’uomo medio. Benché negli ultimi 20 anni si siano compiuti grandi passi avanti rispetto alla volontà di costruire una nuova visione della donna e delle relazioni, certi atteggiamenti sono cristallizzati a tal punto che è difficile riconoscerli. Bisogna ancora lavorare tanto sia in ambito pubblico che privato per smantellare situazioni, anche inconsapevolmente, discriminanti. Dalla divisione delle faccende domestica, al concetto che fa fatica a passare di considerare i lavoratori non in base al genere, ma in quanto risorse più o meno competenti. Al di là delle leggi, la parità deve rientrare nella normalità così come un comportamento deviante deve essere percepito come odioso dalla comunità e deve essere stigmatizzato”.

Le Kassandre è un’associazione culturale di promozione sociale, nata dall’incontro di un gruppo di donne, italiane e straniere, di generazioni ed esperienze diverse ma accomunate dal tentativo di coniugare l’impegno professionale alle tematiche del sociale, soprattutto quelle relative al genere e al contrasto alla violenza, alle pari opportunità, e alla educazione/formazione delle nuove generazioni.

Big Bang Production è una società di produzioni video, composta da giovani professionisti, tutti con un diverso background, ma con lo stesso modo di intendere il lavoro, adottando un approccio alle videoproduzioni libero da schemi precostituiti e tecnicamente avanzato. I principali settori di attività riguardano la produzione di spot pubblicitari, video aziendali, documentari, videoclip musicali e produzioni televisive, oltre alla produzione di lungometraggi e format televisivi destinati al mercato italiano e straniero.

ECOHOSTEL Floreale è un ostello in cui la maggior parte degli arredi e parte della struttura, una ex scuola, è stato realizzato con mobili riciclati e materiali recuperati. Il riciclaggio – come filosofia di vita adottata dal gestore Cristiano vuole essere un modus vivendi contro-corrente al consumismo, per poter preservare ancora il nostro bellissimo, fragile pianeta. Gli animali sono amati e benvenuti, si possono seguire corsi di yoga e capoeira e vengono organizzati concerti, eventi e mostre. È quindi un centro di raduno e comunicazione dei viaggiatori.
