Il Presidente del COA di Napoli nord Mallardo incontra il ministro Bonafede, presto nuovo personale al Tribunale di Napoli nord

All’indomani della riconferma, il neopresidente incontra il Ministro dando seguito al dialogo già iniziato su suo impulso qualche mese fa. Le criticità della giustizia nell’area nord domani arrivano in Parlamento.

Un colloquio durato oltre due ore quello che è intercorso tra il Guardasigilli Alfonso Bonafede e il riconfermato presidente del COA di Napoli nord Gianfranco Mallardo. Il dialogo tra i due è iniziato quando, su iniziativa di Mallardo, è stata inviata una lettera aperta in cui gli avvocati chiedevano un intervento per un “Tribunale al collasso”. Lettera a cui è seguita una risposta del Ministro che aveva promesso una visita in tempi rapidi.

“Ringraziamo – spiega Mallardo – il ministro Alfonso Bonafede per la cortesia e l’attenzione con cui ha accolto le nostre istanze. Personalmente mi sono fatto ambasciatore di un grido d’allarme che viene dalla nostra terra: il Tribunale di Napoli Nord, gli uffici dei Giudici di Pace e tutta la macchina della giustizia sono ancora vicinissimi al collasso. I numeri dell’organico sono insufficienti a garantire il funzionamento dell’intero settore e, con i Comuni in crisi, la situazione non può che peggiorare drammaticamente”.

Al centro della discussione anche la carenza di spazi. “Si è parlato a lungo – afferma Mallardo – della creazione di nuove aule nel Tribunale di Napoli Nord, opere già finanziate ed appaltate. Il Ministro si è impegnato a sollecitare lo sblocco dei lavori”.

“Speriamo – continua Mallardo – che grazie anche all’attenzione del Ministro si possa trovare un modo per uscire da questo empasse. Sicuramente l’incontro ci ha permesso di mettere di nuovo sotto i riflettori i problemi della giustizia a Napoli Nord, in particolar modo quelli degli organici sottodimensionati, benché la pianta sia solo apparentemente completa. Anche in questo caso, il Ministro si è preso in carico la questione, confermando che farà il possibile affinché parte dei nuovi assunti nel comparto vadano a supplire a queste carenze”.

Intanto, Mallardo annuncia che a breve il neoeletto Consiglio si riunirà per approvare un documento di denuncia di tutte le specifiche criticità di Napoli Nord. “Il Ministro – chiude Mallardo – ha confermato ancora una volta la sua volontà di venire a verificare di persona la situazione, quale segno di attenzione al problema, che dichiara di voler risolvere. La sua visita, però, sarà a sorpresa”.
