Prestigioso appuntamento per la Scarlatti Junior: suonerà alla Camera

L’Orchestra Scarlatti Junior di Napoli, con i suoi circa 100 elementi, sarà protagonista di un concerto a Roma presso la Camera dei Deputati del Parlamento Italiano, domenica 16 dicembre alle ore 12.00, realizzato nell’ambito della manifestazione Montecitorio a porte aperte, alla quale si prevede assisteranno centinaia di visitatori, alla presenza del Presidente della Camera, On. Roberto Fico.

L’Orchestra Scarlatti Junior (cuore giovane della Comunità delle Orchestre Scarlatti promossa a partire dal 2014 dalla Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti di Napoli), sarà presente per l’occasione con i suoi giovanissimi musicisti, ragazze e ragazzi di età compresa fra gli 11 e i 20 anni, guidati dal loro coordinatore didattico-musicale, il M.° Gaetano Russo, nonché dal giovane direttore Marco Attura.

Si esibiranno in un ricco, vario e vivace programma sinfonico, che partirà da musiche di Alessandro Scarlatti per proporre poi pagine particolarmente amate del grande repertorio, da Verdi a Sibelius, da Bizet a Šostakovič, anche con alcuni interventi solistici di giovani componenti dell’Orchestra,  e che si chiuderà con il trascinante Boléro di Ravel.      

Non mancherà un gioioso bis natalizio.
