Ci sono periferie che sono più periferie delle altre periferie. Come ad esempio Pianura, quartiere passato agli annali in quanto epicentro della più grande emergenza rifiuti vissuta da Napoli negli ultimi anni.

Così, mentre i sindacati si confrontano in seduta corale e unita sull’ennesimo tentativo di salvare l’azienda e mentre l’orario estivo – caso probabilmente più unico che raro in Europa – è già in vigore da luglio, il quartiere che è servito da tre linee ordinarie ne vede due depotenziate.

La 612

La prima vittima di questa estate è la linea C12, che aveva il merito di trasportare i pianuresi sino a Piazza della Vittoria. Importante scambio verso via Marina e verso il Porto e la Stazione Centrale. L’importante è essere molto pazienti, dicono sotto le pensiline: a volte si narra di attese lunghe un’ora circa.

Ma siccome a Riviera di Chiaia, l’arteria che cammina accanto al mare, stanno facendo lavori di ripavimentazione, il C12 non esiste più. Esiste un 612, molto più raro dicono sempre sotto le pensiline. Che limita a Piazza della Repubblica.

La 532

La vittima illustre però è la linea C13. Una linea di un’importanza chiave per gli abitanti pianuresi, perché li collega alla metropolitana Linea 1, permettendo così anche ai cittadini della periferia occidentale di muoversi agilmente come altri napoletani.

Ebbene, come ogni estate, ritenuta assolutamente un surplus nel periodo estivo (tanto, si sa, ad Anm le vacanze cominciano a luglio), la C13 si accorpa alla C32 e diventano una potentissima 532 (che già è utilizzata la domenica in sostituzione delle due linee che raggiungono il Vomero da Pianura e Soccavo).

La 532 è molto meno frequente ma, soprattutto, è servita da mezzi più piccoli. Il risultato è che la mattina a pieno carico l’autobus è come lo vedete in foto.
