Allo Chalet Ciro si festeggia la festa del papà con la zeffola

A Napoli non è San Giuseppe senza le zeppole e quest’anno la pasticceria Chalet Ciro sul lungomare Caracciolo, a Napoli, celebra la Festa del papà con due golose novità: la “zeffola”, una ciambella al posto della pasta choux, farcita con crema pasticcera e amarene sciroppate, pensata per deliziare gli amanti della squisita graffa e la zeppola al cioccolato per soddisfare i palati più esigenti, con un impasto al cacao e crema di sublime cioccolato fondente, guarnito con delle gocce di cioccolato.

“Chalet Ciro è un punto di riferimento per i napoletani per gustare la nostra graffa “fritta e mangiata”, uno dei dolci più acclamati della cultura gastronomica partenopea, – dice Antonio De Martino, titolare della pasticceria, così abbiamo cominciato da giorni la produzione di una variante speciale che mette insieme i sapori della tradizione e l’innovazione a tavola”.

Nel rispetto dell’antica ricetta, naturalmente, dietro le vetrine della pasticceria non mancano deliziose e sontuose zeppole preparate nelle versioni più conosciute: fritte o al forno.
