Bio degustazione stellata con Chef Paolo Gramaglia, al via la stagione invernale del Bio Bistrot Petrarca

A Napoli la prima “bio experience” stellata e quello che compri, lo mangi, lo gusti e ti fa anche bella. Venerdì 20 dicembre alle 19:30, al Bio Bistrot Petrarca, la speciale degustazione con l’Executive chef e Patron del ristorante President Paolo Gramaglia, con cui si potrà anche fare la spesa e assistere a un “bio cooking show”, realizzato con prodotti a Km zero. Le materie prime, si possono acquistare nel bio supermercato NaturaSì, per cucinare pietanze naturali e anche “indossare” come i cosmetici per il make up e le creme di bellezza. Benessere, cura del corpo e sana alimentazione sono riuniti in unico concept: parte così la stagione invernale del nuovo Bio Bistrot Petrarca, nato da un’idea di Roberta Siniscalco e Carlo Vernetti. L’ambiente caldo e ricercato ricorda uno chalet di montagna con vista sul golfo. Si può fare colazione, pranzare, cenare, fare la spesa in modo consapevole. E in occasione della degustazione stellata lo Chef preparerà uno speciale menù “viaggio nel tempo senza tempo”, che prevede alcuni suoi cavalli di battaglia rivisitati come il “Pane a otto spicchi”, che racconta la storia della panificazione pompeiana, antenato del “Pane Artalaganus” tipico delle feste patrizie e considerato appunto il pane dei fasti dei ricchi romani. E poi il “Vesuvio fuoco e fiamme”, che nasce dalla favola di Fedro La Montagna Partoriente e dal mosaico situato nella sua villa pompeiana e dalla ricetta di Plinio il Vecchio. Infine come dessert il “Gelato con cristallo di neve” a base di aloe e tè verde. Sarà inoltre allestito un angolo della bellezza, dove la beauty specialist Deborah Cannas, che collabora con i grandi nomi della moda, esperta e appassionata di principi attivi naturali, dimostrerà come è possibile letteralmente indossare ciò che mangiamo, realizzando ricette per maschere di bellezza e scrub speciali, che danno nutrimento direttamente dal piatto alla pelle. Tra i prodotti che utilizzerà anche il pino mugo, olio essenziale che sarà anche uno degli ingredienti delle ricette di Gramaglia. Durante la serata organizzata da Visivo Comunicazione con Annalisa Vernetti, spazio all’arte con il body painting del mascheraio Luca Arcamone, che dipingerà “live” soggetti ispirati alla natura. L’obiettivo degli imprenditori è anche quello di portare a Napoli la vera filosofia del mangiare sano e biologico, in un nuovo locale chic e riservato. Di qui l’invito allo Chef Gramaglia di prestare il suo studio sull’alimentazione e dar vita alle prime “bio experience”. Inoltre il supermercato NaturaSì del Bio Bistrot Petrarca è stato il primo store “plastic free” della città.
