novembre al 1 dicembre al N10 di Milano.
La Knam Chocolate Experience sarà ancora più articolata e interessante (promettono gli organizzatori) per gli appassionati del mondo della cucina e della pasticceria, ma non solo: non mancherà infatti, la tradizione italiana, con il maestro pizzaiolo Salvatore Salvo che sarà protagonista di uno showcooking venerdì 29 novembre, a cui seguirà un pranzo degustazione
di tre diverse pizze, suoi cavalli di battaglia.

Guest star d’eccezione, Mitsuharu Tsumura, chef del Maido di Lima, al decimo posto nella classifica dei 50 Best e primo nella classifica relativa all’America Latina. Un nome d’eccezione per il panorama italiano, che offrirà ai partecipanti uno sguardo inedito sulla sua cucina, le materie prime, la filosofia dietro ai grandi piatti.
