“La Rigenerazione in Ortopedia 2.0”

Si terrà Venerdì 29 Novembre a partire dalle ore 9.30 al Centro Studi della Clinica “Ruesch” di Napoli – viale Maria Cristina di Savoia N.39, il convegno dal titolo “La Rigenerazione in Ortopedia 2.0”, a cura del Prof. Rinaldo Giancola. Il Convegno rientra tra le iniziative per il Centenario di fondazione della Clinica “Ruesch”. L’evento è rivolto ad Ortopedici, Reumatologi e Fisiatri, Fisioterapisti e Infermieri ed è valevole quale corso ECM accreditato.

Alla giornata di lavori, che si concluderà alle ore 18.00, interverranno esperti della medicina rigenerativa e innovativa, perché “rigenerare è meglio che sostituire”, così come dalla filosofia medica emersa nell’ultimo decennio. Duplice è l’obiettivo del convegno: da un lato, il confronto e l’analisi di tutto quanto riguarda la femoroplastica, ossia il rinforzo del femore – ivi compreso l’utilizzo, in ortopedia, di sostanze biologico-naturali autologhe, che vengono dal sangue, come il concentrato piastrinico e midollare, e il tessuto adiposo e di sostanze di sintesi, come il cemento biologico che nel tempo sono sostitutive dell’osso – con un focus sulle tecniche innovative di intervento, rivoluzionarie tanto sul piano medico – con tempi di recupero pari quasi a zero per i pazienti, quanto sul piano sociale – con una minore necessità di assistenza post operatoria, e sui piani di prospettiva e qualità della vita e, non meno importante, sul piano economico, con un notevole risparmio per il SSN; dall’altro lato, durante Convegno si discuterà della normativa in materia grazie alla relazione dell’esperto, l’avvocato Stefano Fiorentino, che farà luce su quanto vige in materia di applicazione delle innovazioni, a seconda della Regione. “ Il presente lo conosciamo, ma è il futuro a cui dobbiamo guardare, per migliorare il presente”, spiega il professor Giancola, già primario dell’Ospedale S. Carlo di Milano e past presidente dell’AITOG – Associazione italiana di traumatologia e ortopedia geriatrica, ad oggi Dirigente ortopedico, “con questo pensiero i temi svolti nel convegno trattano la gestione del paziente ortogeriatrico, la stimolazione dell’osso: sistemica, fisica e biologica, pensando al presente e al futuro. Avremo la possibilità di ascoltare esperienze e provocare confronti”. Tra i numerosi relatori anche il dott. Carlo Ruosi, attuale presidente AITOG. “Siamo felici di inserire questo evento tra le numerose attività in occasione del nostro centenario”, spiega il Dott. Francesco Merlino, Direttore Generale della “Clinica Ruesch”, “ per celebrare le eccellenze che la Clinica offre, e ponendoci come riferimento per il territorio in termini di standard qualitativi, tradizione e eterogeneità dei servizi offerti ai nostri pazienti. Nello specifico, proprio nell’ambito dell’Ortopedia, siamo passati dai 300 ricoveri del 2013 ai quasi 600 stimati per il  2019. Inoltre, siamo orgogliosi di anticipare”, continua Merlino, “che ben presto potremmo disporre, quale unicum, di strumentazioni tecnologiche d’avanguardia come una risonanza magnetica semplicemente rivoluzionaria in termini di dinamismo delle immagini, potendo garantire una performance sempre più elevata”.
