Dal carcere di Nisida ad un locale tutto suo. È una storia di riscatto sociale quella di Enzo Capasso, un ragazzo che ce l’ha fatta passando tra le mille difficoltà di una Napoli talvolta tentacolare. Oggi ha 30 anni, fa il pizzaiolo di mestiere ed ha aperto “Casa Capasso”, una pizzeria e trattoria tipica nel cuore della città in via dei Tribunali.
La via percorsa per arrivare al successo è stata molto tortuosa. Iniziando da un’adolescenza difficile, colpa di un padre che lo abbandonò al suo destino per dedicarsi al gioco d’azzardo, tanto da sperperare un risarcimento di un incidente stradale da 400 milioni di lire in poco meno di sei mesi. La mamma, casalinga, tra debiti e vendita di prodotti casalinghi tenta di tirar su al meglio i suoi ragazzi nella casa di via San Giovanni, sacrifici su sacrifici fino al 2005 quando purtroppo muore per una trasfusione di sangue infetto, lasciando Enzo 16enne praticamente solo quando già da qualche anno aveva abbandonato la scuola per lavorare e per “portare soldi a casa”.
Un’adolescenza dura, lavorando prima in un bar per poi infornare pizze dal Presidente, ma la strada e qualche amicizia sbagliata lo conducono ad essere arrestato il flagranza di reato per una rapina, lui che mai aveva fatto uso di droga o alcol, neanche una sigaretta. «Gli anni di Nisida – racconta Enzo – sono stati duri. Mi seguiva l’assistente Giusy Imbimbo. Nessuno veniva a trovarmi, solo la mia fidanzata Marianna. Ricordo che il giudice Marina Ferrara era cattivissima con me, non voleva farmi uscire più. Intanto facevo corsi di ceramica e altre forme d’arte, sempre con voti altissimi. Pensavo di aver rovinato per sempre la mia vita, ma mi diedero 48 ore di tempo per uscire e trovare un lavoro. Ho fatto due anni di volontariato, ho lavato e accudito barboni nella mensa delle suore di Calcutta. Intanto tramite un amico riuscii fui preso nella pizzeria Aiello al Museo. Vinsi un premio a Nisida e con l’assegno di 1.800 euro comprai uno scooter che mi serviva per andare a lavoro».
E allora lì la vita svolta, Enzo sposa la sua fidanzata, inizia a lavorare al Pomodorino di Piazza Municipio dove produce una media di 500 pizze al giorno. Dai 19 fino ai 27 anni mette da parte tutti i soldi guadagnati. Nel 2013, poi passa a lavorare da For o mar sul Lungomare dove inizia a frequentare la “Napoli bene” tra giudici, calciatori, medici. Lì conosce un procuratore di calcio, Vincenzo Pisacane, con il quale decide di aprire “Casa Capasso” nello stabile dove lavora con la sua famiglia, con moglie e il figlio di 10 anni, in via dei Tribunali 292. «Quando ero piccolo la gente scappava da questo quartiere per i numerosi atti di criminalità, oggi è cambiato ed ho deciso di aprire il mio locale nelle strade dove sono nato».
Una favola blu, intensa come le sfumature del mare di Napoli, quella di Enzo è la storia di un ragazzo che ce l’ha fatta: «Spesso sento gente parlare di criminalità, di soldi facili, ma non hanno idea della bellezza della vita, di quanto sia meraviglioso sentirsi fiero di aver fatto qualcosa di tanto bello. Io ce l’ho fatta e sono sicuro che anche loro possono cambiare. Mai mollare».
