Napoli e Parigi per due giorni capitali del gospel

Il 4 e il 5 maggio Napoli e Pozzuoli diventano capitali del Gospel con “International Gospel Days”, la manifestazione musicale organizzata dalla C.F.A. Campi Flegrei Academy, patrocinata dalla Regione Campania, dal Comune di Napoli e dal Comune di Pozzuoli, che prevede la presenza di 120 coristi e 5 cori diretti da Thierry Fred Francois, Cassandra Drane, Nico Bucci ed Enrica Di Martino con la partecipazione del maestro di djembe Omar Diop. Ingresso gratuito per tutti gli eventi.

Grazie al lavoro congiunto della Campi Flegrei Academy e Thierry Fred Francois, direttore del coro di Ginevra “Geneva TF Gospel” e membro del famoso “Golden Gate Quartet”, Napoli e Pozzuoli ospiteranno una due giorni all’insegna della musica gospel.

“Abbiamo lavorato per lungo tempo a questo progetto – dice Enrica Di Martino, presidente della CFA – per riunire il meglio della musica Gospel a livello internazionale. Grazie anche all’appoggio delle istituzioni siamo riusciti a mettere insieme cinque cori: il Tf Gospel Academy di Ginevra, il Tf Gospel di Parigi, Il Roma Gospel Voices di Roma, l’Eyale di Napoli ed il coro città di Pozzuoli per far vivere anche al pubblico campano ed ai tanti turisti presenti a Napoli e a Pozzuoli, l’energia, la forza e la liricità del Gospel una musica che racconta il dolore, le difficoltà e le frustrazioni della vita quotidiana, ma anche la fede e la speranza di liberazione e di riscatto. La musica è la forma d’arte che maggiormente unisce le persone ed il Gospel ancora di più; l’energia proveniente dai cori è trascinante ed è un’esperienza che portiamo avanti con dedizione, passione, convinti che la musica contenga un messaggio universale di pace quanto mai necessario in questo periodo”.

Si comincia il 4 maggio alle ore 20.00 con il concerto Gospel nella Basilica di San Giovanni maggiore (Rampe S. Giovanni Maggiore) in cui ogni coro canterà due brani e con un ensemble iniziale e finale in cui gli spettatori potranno godere di un momento di musica ed armonia da non perdere. Tutti i canti saranno eseguiti a cappella.

Domenica 5 maggio alle 12.00 si terrà la Messa in Gospel nella chiesa della santissima Vergine Madre del Buon Consiglio di Napoli (via Capodimonte 13) e alle 18.30 ci sarà il gran finale della manifestazione con il Concerto Gospel, che vedrà esibirsi i 120 coristi e i 5 cori insieme nella chiesa di Sant’Artema di Monteruscello (via Amedeo Modigliani, 2C Pozzuoli).
