“Ci sono migliaia di officine e responsabili tecnici che non possono operare e lavorare; centinaia di persone, e non solo in regione Campania, che hanno effettuato migliaia di euro di investimenti per le linee di revisione e che oggi sono in grande difficoltà e obbligate a rimanere nel sommerso, nell’ombra se non nell’illegalità in quanto impossibilitati a formare tale figura professionale”. È uno dei passaggi più importanti della lettera aperta che Luca Lanzetta, presidente del Movimento Libero e Autonomo – sindacato di categoria degli enti di formazione professionale campani – invia alla Regione Campania per chiedere che siano avviati nuovamente i corsi di formazione per i revisori per auto e moto e veicoli a rimorchio. Questa qualifica, al centro di un discusso passaggio di competenze dalle Regioni al Ministero, è indispensabile per far sì che titolari delle officine e addetti siano in regola con la legge.

“Il blocco delle attività formative legato alle nuove pronunce e disposizioni del Ministero dei Trasporti – spiega Lanzetta – a nostro avviso non ha più motivo di esistere. Non sono stati fissati i nuovi standard, nuove norme non ce ne sono, e nessun Ministero può bloccare le Regioni nell’avvio di attività formative e di aggiornamento a favore del territorio e delle imprese. La risposta del MIT, che tanto si attendeva, è totalmente vaga, l’UE nulla dice, e ci sono migliaia di centri di revisione che non possono operare e lavorare”.

“Sarebbe pertanto il caso – aggiunge Lanzetta – che la Regione Campania superasse questa impasseautorizzando le attività corsuali, e permettendo agli enti già autorizzati, che a questo punto sono ingiustificatamente fermi, a ri-erogare i corsi per tale figura”.

“La Regione Campania – conclude – sarebbe come sempre in prima linea in quanto nulla osta all’aggiornamento e alla formazione di imprenditori e padri di famiglia, permettendo anzi la possibilità di riemergere dal sommerso e tornare nella legalità. In questo preciso momento storico si necessita di un segnale forte e giusto, a favore delle imprese, dei lavoratori, contro l’immobilismo di una macchina burocratica vecchia e lenta”.
