Lo scorso 3 settembre in Rete diventano virali una serie di articoli che riportano tutti la stessa notizia: Napoli è la capitale dei tradimenti online. A riportare la notizia alcune tra le più autorevoli testate italiane, tra queste Il Mattino e l’Huffington Post.
A quanto pare, la città partenopea possiede il primato in quella che oramai sembra l’ultima frontiera del tradimento. L’infedeltà nell’era del 4.0 si consuma attraverso siti d’incontri, chat e gruppi Facebook. E su questo non ci piove, ma sarà vero che Napoli si posiziona addirittura in cima?
Per verificarlo, gli allievi della Scuola di Giornalismo di Napoli hanno effettuato una meticolosa e articolata attività di debunking. Scoprendo che forse la verità non è proprio quella dell’ammiccante titolo in questione.
Chi lo ha detto?
Scorrendo rapidamente i testi, scopriamo infatti che il dato si evince da una breve frase contenuta in una delle ultime uscite de Il Saggiatore, ossia Pornage di Barbara Costa. Un libro sulle nuove frontiere della sessualità, appunto. Che l’unico riferimento che fa al capoluogo partenopeo è contenuto a pagina 103, dove si legge:
“La città che si aggiudica il primato della ricerca del tradimento online è Napoli”.
Ok, ma anche in questo caso: perché?
Questo passo rimanda attraverso un asterisco a una nota a piè di pagina in cui è citato come fonte un articolo scritto da Giulia Prosperetti sul portale Dagospia.
L’articolo di Dagospia risale al 23 settembre 2017 e riporta quanto scritto dalla Prosperetti per Il Giorno, anche se sul sito web di quest’ultimo l’articolo non si riesce a rintracciare.
Indietro nel tempo
Nel testo di Dagospia si fa riferimento al sito ‘incontriextraconiugali.com‘. Tuttavia, cercando sul sito risulta un’indagine risalente al 2013 effettuata dallo staff del portale che non rimanda ad ulteriori fonti. L’unica certezza di questo gioco di scatole cinesi è che qualcuno, in un non precisato anno passato, ha detto che la maggior parte delle ricerche della keyword “Donne sposate” su Google si registrava a Napoli.
L’incrocio con Ogury
Come se non bastasse, nell’articolo di una delle testate in questione si fa esplicito riferimento a Ogury, una società specializzata in mobile data, che definisce le napoletane come le più attive nelle app di incontri. Non viene, però, specificato se si tratta di donne sposate o no. Inoltre si tiene conto soltanto del sesso femminile. Non solo, ma le donne sulle app di incontri potrebbero non essere per questo interessate al tradimento, anzi. Del resto, più di una ricerca conferma che i tempi dello struscio sono cambiati e circa la metà delle nuove coppie nasce online.
Insomma, non sarà una ricerca troppo vaga?
I gruppi Facebook senza utenti
Nel testo di Il Mattino sono anche indicati diversi gruppi Facebook per gli utenti in cerca di un amante. Tra questi «Incontri a Napoli», «Curiosi ed altri – Capisci a me», «Sesso a Napoli al primo appuntamento ma l’indomani nessun coinvolgimento».
Il problema è che questi gruppi FB risultano essere inattivi, spesso con pochi iscritti.
Quelli che tradiscono di più? A ‘sto punto sono i calabresi
Altro che risposte. Anzi, altre domande.
Da questi pochi dati non ci sentiamo di definire Napoli come la capitale dei tradimenti online. A questo punto rimane poco da fare se non affidarsi a Google, andando a verificare personalmente chi effettivamente ha cercato parole chiave come “tradimenti” o “donne sposate”, unico dato certo che potrebbe avvalorare la tesi in essere e che è rimbalzata qui e lì sulla Rete.
Il risultato ha ulteriormente smentito i giornali: tramite Google Insights, abbiamo scoperto che la regione con il più alto numero di ricerche online con keyword che lasciano intendere propositi infedeli è la Calabria.
Tirando le somme e incrociando tutte queste risultanze, vi sentireste di dire che Napoli è la capitale del tradimento online?
